These buttery, delicate, gourmet shortbread cookies will melt in your mouth, and the simple packaging presents simple elegance that make these cookies a great gift.
I’ve made shortbread the base ingredient for most of my treats: Shortbread Cheesecake, Shortbread Cobbler, etc., and I’m still trying to find ways to revamp other desserts.
Also, check out the pound cake. I love to have a warm slice of cake with my tea in the mornings. It’s a great start to my day.

I thank God for giving you a desire to do soimething that you truly have a pssion for. I am so very happy for you. I have tasted your cookies and they are delicous. I especially love the chocolate ones. After reading your journal, it reminds me of when I am baking and my friends calls it my therapy and I guess it is, because some times I really can’t stop myself from getting up in the middle of the night to bake a cake for someome that wanted it at 9:00 am. So I understand your hunger for baking. Keep up the good work — you are doing a wonderful job and someday, I believe, these cookies will take you far. IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO IS LISTENING AND WANT SOME OF SWEE-T’S HOMEMADE COOKIES? GET THEM NOW WHILE THEY ARE HOT!!

The shortbread cookies are amazing. They just melt in your mouth like butter. I could eat a million of these in one sitting. Not only do they have a sweet aroma, but the presentation of the cookies are beautiful. Best shortbread cookies I’ve ever had.

Today I received a huge compliment from an adorable 4 year old named Addie. Her mother told me that Addie loves chocolate chip cookies, so I made her my Chocolate Chip shortbread ShortBits (tiny cookies for tiny hands). Addie loved the cookies and told her mom they were “scrumptious”. Then Addie said, “Do you know what scrumptious means mom? It means delicious.” That little girl brought a smile to my heart. That’s why I bake 🙂
